Vadim Michael Rozengurt, MBA & MAEd.

Vadim Michael Rozengurt was born in Odessa, Ukraine and immigrated to the US in 1978 at the age of 3. He grew up in San Francisco with an interest in the natural world of the outdoors. His oceanographer father was a major influence on his curiosity as to what it takes for a living system to thrive. Throughout the 80s and 90s Vadim was influenced by different art forms surrounding urban music, which helped form his political, social and spiritual understanding of reality. From 1998 to 2001 he worked in the dotcom sector and experienced the collective excitement and potentiality of that era. In 2002 he began working with urban youth (mostly in Oakland) and continued that process off and on through 2007. In 2004 he enrolled in John F. Kennedy University to finish his BA in Health Science and set the stage for his future nutrition practice. Vadim followed up his health science studies with an MBA from JFKU, a graduate education degree and a certificate in permaculture from Merritt College. Since the beginning of 2012 Vadim has been working as a nutrition consultant/advocate at the grass roots level, connecting people to the idea of optimizing their nutrition protocols. His most recent venture involves the founding of a company called Nucleus Nutrition, which specializes in defensive nutrition practices and holistic health at the cellular level. His life purpose mantra is: Truth, Love and Freedom. He believes that every human being was created to thrive.

Freedom Bar Manifesto  

     For every planet that contains human life, there are ideas that will inevitably manifest. Surely the Internet, television and film were such examples. Humans are always looking to upgrade their condition, especially when taunted with possibilities. The idea of sustained physical and mental health is definitely something that is incredibly popular on this planet right now. Though that drive was always there, there is definitely something a lot more systematic taking place around this desire. As quickly as good ideas are created, they spread, first to the trendsetters, then in mass to many more. Surely more and more people are feeling that something new is possible that before was not apparent.  The Freedom Bar is an idea whose time has come. This idea was born from a belief in the value of Human DNA. Our DNA is indeed very special and should not be damaged.

Unfortunately modern humans continue to damage their precious DNA in many different ways. Recreational alcohol is definitely one of those ways. People around the world congregate inside of bars, nightclubs, homes and restaurants with the intention of becoming intoxicated. For some people this is about stress relief and bonding, which is understandable because life on this planet is frequently stressful.   Unfortunately recreational alcohol is also often paired with junk foods, junk cigarettes and junk beverages. This combination adversely effects how people age and degenerates their bodies prematurely. The God Particles that animate our bodies can never fully express themselves when people abuse and damage their bodies through toxins. Recreational alcohol also leads many young people right into the hands of the criminal justice system and the prison industrial complex. Poor judgment leads to poor choices and we all suffer the consequences.

However, there are better ways to relieve stress and recreate. We are smarter than our past and we can prove it. The Freedom Bar is certainly one of those ways.  The vision of what is to come is the mass repurposing of venues from recreational alcohol establishments to establishments that serve healthy drinks and provide other lifestyle benefits. These essentially are smart bars, where people come together to get wiser and healthier. Teas, tinctures, tonic herbs, juices, smoothies, healthy coffees and whatever else compliments the human body is open for inclusion. Music, nutrition education, smart drinks and smart imaginative people coming together is truly a way to spread Truth, Love & Freedom across our great country.

What Not To Eat or Drink:

Optimizing Performance through Discipline

A. Sugar Cane (crystals, syrup, sucrose, etc.) ~ more than 5 grams daily

B. Corn Syrup and Corn Oil

C. Non-Organic Corn – likely to be GMO

D. Non-Organic Soy – likely to be GMO                                              

E. Sodas, especially Diet Sodas

F. Hydrogenated Oils and Trans Fats

G. Artificial Sweeteners such as Aspartame, Splenda (Sucralose) & Sacchrin

H. Recreational Alcohol – and I am making a distinction between recreational use and therapeutic use. For example, herbal tinctures where alcohol is used as a preservative and as a method of extraction. And high quality alcohol paired with food can also be therapeutic.

I. More than 5 grams of Agave in one day                                                                     

J. Tuna more than once a month – due to Mercury considerations

K. Soybean Oil and Cotton Seed Oil                                                                                                                                                                                           

L. Nitrates (Nitrites) – a class of preservatives found in processed animal flesh                                                                                                                

M. MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) – a very dangerous flavoring

N. Factory farmed dairy products, especially non-organic dairy products due to

    GMO feeds, hormone injections and fat soluble toxins

O. Grain-Fed Beef & other Factory Farmed Animal Flesh
